Fan Review
By: Leevario
Hello! This is the first ever Fan Review! This section of the Pokemon Gazette is to criticize Fan Fiction and Fan Art. This month, I am criticizing Blursh's
Seadra. It is wonderfully drawn and exquisitely colored. Although the outside layer shows that it is glowing for some reason, it is still a very good piece of art. I give it a 8 out of 10. Good work, Blursh!
Pokemon Platinum
[If you haven't bought Pokémon Platinum yet, here's what Will has to say about it! ^_~]
Well, Pokemon Platinum does seem to look okay. After I got the game, I immediately
play through the game as fast as possible. Which is pretty fast, despite the fact that it's in Japanese. Tad angry.
Yeah, it looks much better--especially the sprites. And, your bag scrolling is faster. Pokemon battling is faster... Sinnoh Dex is 210 Pokemon. There are new gyms. Magmarizer and Electrizer are found in game. Fancy, but vereh, vereh expensive! Also, there is a custom house in resort area. Animations... Omg, Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos available in game!
Everything above, was, to most, The Pros of Platinum. (I mean people who hate the Legendary Birds won't want them, right? =D) But, Wait! I think there is something... fishy here. No, it's not a Magikarp. I think that Gamefreak restrained us from the above on purpose: to gain more money. Yes. Make the item scrolling hard. (Or maybe... they don't like people with AR's who get all Items?) And, make sure the sprites aren't the best... They made all this and then waited for about maybe 2 - 3 months. Come out! The sun is shining. Omg! Platinum is out! Hoorah!
Well, Maybe I was just a bit sensitive, but I still think that could be possible. Okay, anyways, since I've already listed basically all the features, all I can say is that this game is... okay. Yeah, I guess maybe it's the graphics because I get affected a lot by graphics. Well, if I ignore the graphics and look at the story, it's a bit better, too. The gym order has changed, too. And... Wait for it. The Torn World. Yes. I love this bit. Very cool, Using the 3-D tools of the DS to the max!
Okay, I'll just give the rating now.
General: 7/10
Graphics: 8/10
Storyline: 6/10
Should you buy it? Uhh, I would.
